Tracking Shipments

In an attempt to lower fixed costs and maintain the lowest possible online prices, Westway drop ships a large portion of our orders.  [A drop shipment is when an order is shipped directly from the manufacturer to the end customer and the distributor (Westway) never actually takes possession of the material]   We always check to make sure an item is in stock before we process a drop shipment.  We will request tracking information from the manufacturer for these orders when requested to do so by our customers.  To request tracking information for an order please email Support@WestwayElectricSupply.com.

Backorder Notification

In some circumstances, certain items may not be available for immediate shipment.   If there is a backorder or any other cause of delay for your order, we will contact you to make you aware of the delay before your credit card is charged.   You will have the option to wait for the order or cancel as you see appropriate. 

International Shipments

Westway will ship internationally.  The shipping charge for any order being shipped outside the Continental US must be calculated on a case by case basis.  This includes shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.  Minimum order quantities may also apply for international orders.  To inquire about an order being shipped outside the Continental US, please email Sales@WestwayElectricSupply.com.
