Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, email one of our customer service representatives at support@westwayelectricsupply.com or call our dedicated customer service staff at 1-610-449-8700.  They will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.  Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

NOTE: We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order. If you return a package without having been assigned a RAN the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit.

Restocking Fees:  Some manufacturers enforce restocking fees on returned merchandise and the customer will be responsible for any applicable restocking fee on the return of items that are not damaged or defective. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please call us before the order is shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new complete unit in accordance with the shipping company's policies and the manufacturer's return policies.  All damaged or defective items must be reported to Westway within 10 business days of delivery.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

In some cases the customer will be required to return the damaged or defective item.  Please contact us via e-mail at support@westwayelectricsupply.com or via telephone at 1-610-449-8700 and our customer support will let you know whether or not you will need to return the item.  If it is necessary to return the damaged or defective item, you will be issued a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) and a UPS call tag to have the item picked up and returned. 

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 610-449-8700 as soon as possible.  If we are able to cancel the order before the merchandise is shipped there will be no penalty or charge.  We will do all that we can to stop the item from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.  If the order is shipped before we are able to cancel the order, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees (see above). 

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.  In this circumstance, you will be notified promptly and you will be given an explanation for the cancellation.
